Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow in-person and by phone.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador for the financial center with a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities and connects them to specialists as needed.
• Engages in proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and opportunities.
• Ensures compliant and responsible outcomes by balancing client needs with risk awareness and policy adherence.
