Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate at Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte, NC. This 20-hour-per-week role involves processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on TD products and services.

You will provide end-to-end advice, build trust, and refer customers to the appropriate team. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year of customer service experience; teller training on hire. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity (volunteering, education, military experience accepted).
• Excellent communication skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred and Teller training with platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open new accounts.
• Educate customers on banking products and services.
• Deliver end-to-end advisory support and build trust with educational content & tools.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate TD team members.
• Complete banking transactions accurately on teller line or platform.
• Provide service on teller line and platform including account openings/closings and card issues.
• Lead by engaging with customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
