PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate in Salisbury, MD to deliver a differentiated customer experience across branches in the region. You will educate customers on financial options, identify opportunities, and refer them to branch staff as needed.

This role emphasizes lobby engagement, product promotion, and strong adherence to policies. The ideal candidate has minimal formal education requirements, with Spanish speaking preferred, and is focused on customer service and relationship

Qualifications
