Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience required.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with clients and prospects.
• Strong PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation; ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; occasional weekends or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and assessing client needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking, ATMs, Online and Mobile banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities; refer to branches or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution while handling branch workload.
