Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs, as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals to suitable team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to expand product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
