Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts with compliance to policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Listen actively, ask questions, and tailor solutions to client financial goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
