Your role involves greeting clients, opening accounts, guiding them through Chase Mobile App and digital channels, and collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge—collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
