Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences at our Homewood, IL branch. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and help customers use digital banking tools to meet their financial goals.

Key duties include providing friendly service, building trusted client relationships, and collaborating with the branch team to achieve service targets while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with tablets and queues.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
