Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service, greet clients, and support everyday transactions. You will open new accounts, educate clients on Chase digital tools, and build trusted relationships through empathetic, knowledgeable guidance.

You'll contribute to branch success by leveraging product knowledge and collaborating with teammates to meet client financial goals while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong client service skills.
• Ability to greet clients, manage lobby traffic, and open new accounts with policy compliance.
• Proficiency with Chase mobile app and online banking to educate clients.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver attentive service.
• Cash handling and basic branch operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed expectations by assisting with transactions and opening accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling while following procedures.
