Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, open accounts, and provide friendly service using the latest banking technology. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering knowledgeable product insights and solutions.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a client-first mindset and an ability to work well in a team while adhering to regulatory requirements. Dayton-based role within Chase’s Consumer Banking group.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase mobile app, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening actively and collaborating with team members.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank procedures.
