PCs for People is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Representative to join our Mission Market team in Saint Paul, MN. You will guide clients through their technology shopping journey, delivering personalized service and ensuring a positive, high-quality experience.

Key duties include greeting customers, handling calls and emails, processing online orders with PCSCRM and POS, assisting with product knowledge, and supporting inventory and events.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail or client service preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy.
• Proficiency with computer and POS systems.
• Flexible schedule and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist clients in the market with friendly service.
• Handle calls and emails with high-quality client service.
• Process and approve online orders using PCSCRM and POS system.
• Assist clients in locating products and explaining features and benefits.
• Support inventory and event coordination within Mission Market.
