Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors in Orlando, FL seeks an Account Executive, Commercial to deliver outstanding client service and manage day-to-day policy administration for assigned commercial clients.

You will work with the P&C practice, handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and carrier relationships while identifying coverage gaps and opportunities.

This role requires a P&C license or ability to obtain, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in P&C account management, insurance, risk management, or financial services.
• Active P&C Insurance license or ability to obtain licensure after hire.
• Experience supporting commercial insurance clients.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals.
• Coordinate certificates and policy documentation.
• Review policies for accuracy and maintain agency records.
• Identify coverage gaps and risk management opportunities.
• Support renewal strategy and marketing activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and build trusted relationships.
