Job summary

USClaims is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator in Boca Raton to be the first point of contact for inquiries after online applications. You will gather information, deliver prompt and accurate service, and coordinate with the sales team to improve the web lead conversion rate.

This role requires outstanding written and oral communication, the ability to manage multiple client situations, and the capacity to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in personal injury or paralegal work is a plus.
• Ability to build cross-enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities

• First point of customer contact for gathering information after online applications.
• Builds and maintains relationships by providing prompt, accurate service.
• Enter clear updates to CRM leads and activity.
• Research and obtain information to assist internal Sales Team members in sending a lead through to Underwriting.
• Deliver excellent service and provide a positive client experience.
• Timely follow-up with internal Sales Team and customer through the entire life cycle of their request.
