Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, collections, administrative support, and legal assistance work.
• Knowledge of research methods and techniques, and of administrative and court procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving and processing all lawsuits for Active Clients.
• Ensure all legal documents needed to set up a claim are obtained.
• Manage all claims until closed.
