Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years of customer service or other service-oriented experience.
• Experience with ticket management systems and processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to manage a high volume of communications and cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Reliable internet service required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor member utilization and hours each billing cycle; address disruptions.
• Manage utilization and reauthorization cases in Salesforce with documentation.
• Coordinate with funding sources, health plans, and Case Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with members and caregivers; provide outreach and support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, text, and email; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate member records including utilization and authorization status.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve service issues and HIPAA compliance.
