Job summary

Sidley Austin LLP is seeking a Marketing Senior Coordinator, Client Engagement to support office, regional and firmwide marketing and client engagement initiatives designed to elevate the Firm’s profile and help lawyers connect with clients.

You will work with lawyers and marketing colleagues to plan events, manage communications, and leverage CRM tools such as InterAction, Salesforce, and Foundation to track activity and outcomes. This is a temporary position paid through a staffing partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of two years in marketing, business development, or related experience.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute firm-sponsored and hosted client events.
• Identify event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with offices and industries.
• Create invitations, manage registrations, and coordinate event materials.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event planning with stakeholders, and define ROI metrics.
• Support client entertainment activities and manage ticket assets and usage.
