Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a Research Engagement Specialist to coordinate client, prospect, and vendor requests in Irving, TX. You will build your skills and resume while contributing to an amazing company.

The role is a contract, full-time position paying $18 per hour, with onsite work in Irving and a move toward remote work. You will manage emails, create SRs in CRM, route requests to appropriate teams, support new associates, and maintain a processing log.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring assigned email boxes and promptly processing emails into CRM database during working hours.
• Creating Service Requests (SRs) in CRM system as the requests are received.
• Monitoring a general queue for SRs and promptly routing them to the appropriate teams.
• Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
• Maintaining a record of emails processed.
