Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm to hire a Client Engagement Services Specialist in a fully remote role. Although remote, you must reside in the Irving, TX area.

This is a full-time contract with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance. The CES Specialist will connect clients with analysts, interpret needs, provide research resources, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve technology and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Must live in the Irving, TX area.
• Experience in a professional corporate environment (marketing, advertising, legal, financial services, consulting, research, technology, or other business-to-business industries).
• Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset, strong business acumen, great written and verbal communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience.
• Technologically savvy: able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Strong interest in business and technology along with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Analyst to fulfill the request.
• Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses.
• Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs.
• Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics.
• Builds strong working relationships with the Business & Technology Insights.
• Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content.
