Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Client Delivery Trainer to lead end-to-end enablement training for client teams in a US remote setting. You will drive onboarding readiness, certification processes, and stakeholder-aligned delivery to grow client performance and revenue opportunities.

The role emphasizes facilitation, content creation, and ongoing learning to support sales teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or related roles.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience in training facilitation and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding readiness and accountability during onboarding and transition to production.
• Execute certification strategy including mock calls, knowledge checks, and go-live recommendations.
• Partner with Program Managers, Team Leads, QA, and stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
• Lead mentorship after training with structured practice, shadowing, and feedback loops.
• Design and evolve learning materials: facilitator guides, resources, checks, and scalable assets.
• Measure training impact using learning data, certification outcomes, and business metrics.
