Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Client Enablement Oversight Associate to support high-priority Institutional Client Group onboarding initiatives. You will partner with relationship managers across Credit, Legal, and Onboarding Case Management to ensure seamless client experiences from good-to-trade to post-launch support.

The role requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders, attention to detail, and the ability to drive end-to-end onboarding improvements in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Banking/Finance industry.
• Experience in Change, Relationship Management, Legal or Credit Risk functions.
• Experience facing both clients and senior internal stakeholders; ability to coordinate multiple inputters and stakeholders.
• Ability to define target state processes that are client-centric and efficient with strong control.
• Knowledge of Investment Banking products and client motivations.

Responsibilities

• Back up coverage of key ICG clients and ensure funds onboarding needs are met.
• Track, report, and resolve issues to meet client expectations for launches and projects.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management and other functions to allocate resources.
• Support FX desk in meeting new client growth objectives and address gaps with existing clients.
• Produce MI/presentations to support regional growth initiatives and senior management.
