Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to client onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with clients, bankers and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate day-to-day onboarding and client lifecycle activities for corporate clients.
• Coordinate documentation and communications across Global Bankers, clients and internal teams.
• Serve as the operational owner from intake to completion for onboarding requests.
• Review requests for completeness and accuracy; follow up on missing information.
• Escalate blockers or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
• Monitor case progress and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Support KPI reporting and identify recurring onboarding issues.
• Adhere to global Client Service standards and contribute to procedures and training materials.
