Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Client Service Associate in New York, NY (Hybrid) for a 12-month contract. The role collaborates across Global Client Group to service Institutional and High Net Worth clients or Distributors, focusing on onboarding, reporting, and servicing client needs throughout the lifecycle.

Under supervision, you will coordinate transitions, maintain accounts, respond to inquiries, and prepare client materials. Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating client transitions (onboarding/offboarding) in partnership with relevant business partners.
• Support coordination of account maintenance activities (e.g., amendments to account name, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements).
• Assist team members to ensure ongoing client contractual obligations are met.
• Support the fulfillment of ad-hoc client inquiries and requests.
• Facilitate and oversee client cash flow requests to ensure proper handling.
• Help manage client communications to provide timely and proactive updates.
• Anticipate client needs and assist in developing strategies to meet them.
• Update client and authorized third party contact information via CRM.
• Assist in meeting preparation by creating materials.
• Identify, expedite and resolve problems affecting client experience.
• Participate in department projects to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports and presentations.
