Job summary

Ethic is seeking a Client Success Associate in New York, NY, to support the growth of our client base. This role focuses on onboarding firms and advisors, daily client outreach, and driving platform adoption.

You will partner with Relationship Managers to execute onboarding and enhance efficiency. Daily tasks include email support, proposal and trading workflow management, and capturing client insights to improve the experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Financial services experience serving and interacting directly with clients.
• Prior experience with institutional clients, RIAs, Family Offices, and/or Custodians.
• Independently managing client outreach and communications without close oversight.
• Familiarity with equity SMAs and sustainable finance considerations relevant to building equity portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage client pipeline including facilitating portfolio proposal requests through internal Ethic systems and presenting proposals to advisors.
• Manage daily trading workflow with time-sensitive client outreach and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on firm & advisor onboarding and scalable improvements.
• Provide prompt email support for inquiries, troubleshoot proposals and trading workflows.
• Capture insights from institutional clients and relay feedback to cross-functional teams.
