Job summary

Furniture Marketing Group in Dallas–Plano area is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to support Account Executives from design through completion. You will help manage client relationships, coordinate showrooms, and assist with proposals and pricing.

You will work with design, sales support, project management and install teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experience. This role reports to the Director of the Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for opportunities as assigned by the Director or Account Executive.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand clients' needs and objectives.
• Communicate project progress, offerings, and trends to clients.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
