Autumn Cashmere, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sales Support professional in New York to drive our NY territory business within the wholesale network. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure smooth market appointments, order processing, and showroom readiness.

The role covers market week activities, client communications, and collaboration on editorial and press requests. A fashion business background and Excel proficiency are essential, with JP/JOOR and Adobe Photoshop

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in fashion wholesale, showroom operations, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with JOOR or similar B2B platforms, Mailchimp, and Photoshop is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end sales support and customer service across the wholesale network.
• Manage showroom and sample operations, including market-ready presentation and sample tracking.
• Assist with market week activities, including booth prep, setup, and breakdown at regional showcases.
• Coordinate order logistics, including basic credit checks, swaps, returns, and inquiries.
• Prospect and reach out to new retail partners and growth opportunities in the territory.
• Support marketing efforts with brand research and digital outreach.
