Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of core business products and services and how needs vary by industry.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and excellent client experience.
• Identify and promote solutions balancing client needs with portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Provide leadership by supporting assigned branches and adhering to risk management protocols.
