Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core banking products and services, and industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5 million revenue; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and excellent client experience for Chase business clients.
• Identify solutions that meet client needs while improving portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; adjust strategies with manager input.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet client goals.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and following risk management protocols.
