Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of core business products and services; understanding of general business practices.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk.
• Ability to prioritize and own problems on behalf of clients.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide cash management and credit solutions up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to clients' financial needs and circumstances.
• Promote solutions that support client profitability while managing risk.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their places of business.
• Develop strategies to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals and service needs.
• Support branches with risk management and regulatory adherence.
