Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, banking products, and industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to escalate issues when needed and balance client needs with firm risk.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing tailored solutions to meet financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote optimal solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business; maintain relationships.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Identify clients’ personal financial goals and connect with partners across lines of business to meet needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk-management protocols.
