Job summary

CHANEL in New York’s SoHo is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead a team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, drive business results, and partner with the Boutique Director to share critical business knowledge.

The role requires in-store presence and a flexible schedule to support late nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in related roles, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and a passion for CHANEL heritage, inclusive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in client development or boutique leadership.
• Strong ability to coach, lead and develop a diverse team.
• Passion for CHANEL brand, history, and client service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team on elevated client experiences on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive environment and a culture of feedback.
• Lead training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
• Drive business results while managing boutique image and standards.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through partnerships.
