Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Client Delivery Readiness Specialist to drive the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for new services and features. You will partner with product, technology, and support teams to design, evaluate, and publish readiness processes and metrics.

Based in the United States, you will own audits, risk/compliance alignment, and executive reporting while ensuring consistent, high-quality client delivery across service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in financial industry, payments, or related operations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira workflow management.
• Strong MS Office skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Author and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework and program documentation.
• Publish executive reports, dashboards, and audit documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and standardize workflows.
• Ensure certification scripts, testing docs, and deployment checklists are executed; lead annual reviews.
• Define training needs and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions between product/tech and support staff.
