The Client Delivery Readiness Specialist drives the strategic preparation, evaluation, and alignment of Production Support Operations and Client Implementation teams to ensure seamless client support across all TCH service offerings. This role owns the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for new services, applications, and features. Serving as a critical liaison between internal subject matter experts and support units, the Specialist designs client delivery readiness processes, analyzes performance metrics, and ensures strict adherence to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Ability to dissect complex functional and technical specifications to independently identify systemic support, documentation, and monitoring requirements. Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver high‑impact results under tight schedules. Strong leadership and consultative skills to align diverse technical experts and synthesize conflicting requirements into cohesive production support strategies.
The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Candidates will report to the office three days each week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
