Job summary

bswift is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery for client benefit sites, partnering with product, development, and call center teams. You will implement, maintain, and optimize client sites while driving issue resolution and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years client-facing experience, 2+ years of PM work, and deep knowledge of benefits administration and site configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of direct client-facing experience and/or associate/analyst experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in benefits administration, including plans, eligibility, enrollment and client programs.
• Hands-on experience configuring a benefits administration platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead client site implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, development, and call center teams to meet deliverables.
• Configure annual benefit program changes and new client acquisitions.
• Execute non-automated service delivery processes as needed.
• Research and resolve client inquiries related to system and processes.
• Train clients on system features and services through demonstrations.
