Job summary

bswift is seeking an Implementation Delivery Lead to oversee enterprise-level implementations of our Evive by bswift platform. You will act as a technical SME, manage client expectations, and ensure all workstreams are delivered on time with high quality.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include configuration, data requirements, COBRA/direct bill setup, vendor integrations, and data conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to leverage data for strategy
• Ability to make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• High level of productivity, reliability, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and innovative approach to problem solving
• Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional client service
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation workstreams and serve as SME in client meetings
• Guide Evive by bswift configuration and data requirements for system configuration
• Manage client expectations and communicate delivery timelines
• Advise clients on best practices and system/process changes to achieve goals
• Research system enhancements with Product Managers and Developers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend product/service enhancements
• Identify project risks and escalate to the Implementation Lead
• Coach junior analysts and troubleshoot client inquiries related to system gaps
