Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in investment operations, wealth management, portfolio accounting, client reporting, fund administration, or related financial services role.
• Strong experience with Addepar, Canoe, or similar investment operations, reporting, or alternative investment data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline desired.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day Addepar data operations and reporting readiness, including portfolio data integrity and ownership structure maintenance.
• Participate in Canoe and alternative investment data workflows, onboarding, data capture, and coordination with internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain and improve data quality controls across Client Operations workflows with repeatable processes and clear ownership.
• Partner with Client Analytics & Reporting, Trading, and technology vendors to support platform enhancements and testing.
• Investigate and resolve complex data, reporting, and platform issues through root cause analysis and documentation.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
