Job summary

EXL is seeking an Operations Implementation Lead Analyst-AVP to guide onboarding and large-scale conversions for life & annuity products. You will bridge operations, IT, risk, and finance to deploy client solutions, data integration, and process optimization for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and docs.
• Lead client onboarding and operational readiness activities.
• Document and validate business requirements for onboarding and launches.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Client Services.
• Ensure day-1 processing readiness and post-implementation reviews.
• Create reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
• Facilitate training sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
