Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in New York seeks a seasoned professional to improve onboarding/workflows in the Banking, Credit and Investments platform, partnering with sales teams and internal partners to fulfill client requests and ensure a differentiated client experience.

The role emphasizes monitoring, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with KYC, Account Opening, and product partners to drive compliant, efficient processes and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant wealth management or financial services experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• High degree of engagement and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) or must be obtained within 150 days.

Responsibilities

• Applies onboarding knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data, identifying gaps and defining business issues.
• Collaborates with sales teams and internal partners (KYC, Account Opening, product partners) to fulfill client requests with high service levels.
• Ensures documentation is current, accurate, and complete; responds promptly to requests.
• Supports clients navigating KYC onboarding and account opening processes; resolves moderately complex issues.
• Demonstrates subject matter expertise and guides decisions through advice, counseling, and facilitation to improve team performance.
• Assesses and escalates risk, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and transparent reporting of control issues.
