Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking an advanced Client Service AVP to support advisor teams and clients through complex account operations, onboarding, and maintenance. The role requires expert technical knowledge, exceptional client communication, and independent resolution of complex custodial issues.

The AVP will own client relationships, lead onboarding, and serve as a subject matter expert, driving process improvements and training for associates across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services with proven quality control and process proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong CRM/custodian platform skills.
• Knowledge of RIA business model and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account onboarding for complex clients, including preparation of Advisory Agreements and custodial account agreements.
• Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance through resolution, including retirement coding reconciliations and complex account maintenance.
• Handle asset movement requests with clients and custodial level from initiation to completion (checks, wires, ACH, journals).
• Process retirement account rollovers and reconcile transferred assets and annuity rollovers.
• Coordinate offboarding client notifications and manage returned mail/abandoned property accounts.
