Job summary

INTX Insurance Software is seeking a Reinsurance Solutions Architect to serve as the functional and domain expert across the full client lifecycle. From early solution design through go-live, you will translate reinsurance programs into structured requirements, system logic, and implementation-ready specifications for the delivery team.

You will engage with prospects and clients, own scoping, write tickets, and remain the reinsurance authority during delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on reinsurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of treaty and facultative structures.
• Experience gathering client requirements and scoping implementations.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage as reinsurance domain expert during design, discovery, and scoping.
• Map client programs to INTX platform capabilities and define the functional solution.
• Identify gaps and drive resolution with product, engineering, or workarounds.
• Own functional specs and tickets for delivery teams.
• Support program management and stay aligned with client workstreams.
