Job summary

Intapp is seeking an Industry Client Success Lead, Accounting & Consulting to drive the health and growth of a portfolio of client relationships within its professional services verticals. You will lead a team, own account planning, escalation management, and renewal forecasting, while building executive relationships and guiding the voice of the customer into product and leadership.

• Experience leading client success or account management teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong operational instincts with KPI tracking and CRM hygiene.
• Proven ability to manage complex escalations and cross-functional partnerships.
• Coaching mindset with track record of developing talent and teams that execute independently.
• Familiarity with accounting or consulting industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own account planning and QBR execution across your portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities and communicating findings to leadership and Sales partners.
• Lead escalation management for high-risk accounts with cross-functional urgency and timely resolution.
• Partner with sellers on deal strategy, renewal forecasting, and structuring large strategic deals.
• Build and maintain executive relationships across key accounts and coach your team to engage stakeholders at the right levels.
• Develop and coach a team through weekly 1:1s, onboarding support, and career development conversations.
