Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing customer account data, including name and address changes, client billing routing details, and rates.
• Secure required signatures and confirm that necessary documents are available.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify data-related issues and assist with resolving them.
• Ensure high quality data is collected and maintained over time.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow established policies and procedures consistently.
