Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. This in-person role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, check-in, and supporting day-to-day operations alongside tax professionals.

With on-the-job training, you can grow into tax preparation or office leadership. Evening/weekend availability during tax season is expected to support clients when they need help.

Responsibilities
