Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You’ll greet clients, manage check-in and scheduling, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role offers training and a path into tax preparation or leadership. Ideal candidates have prior experience in fast-paced client service, strong communication, and multitasking abilities. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
