Job summary

Stenger & Stenger, P.C. in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Customer Correspondence Specialist to support our creditors’ rights practice with client and consumer communications.

You will prepare customer correspondences and ensure quality in our correspondence processes. The ideal candidate holds an associate or bachelor’s degree, demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, and can manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or similar field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiences
• Excellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook)
• Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.
• Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detail
