• Develop and implement case strategy; manage dockets, pleadings, and filings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategy for creditor’s rights cases.
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases and deadlines.
• Prepare pleadings, appear in court, and negotiate settlements.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulations and educate the team on impacts.
• Travel regionally to appear in courts across Georgia as needed.
