Stenger & Stenger PC in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Customer Correspondence Specialist onsite to support correspondence management and QA processes for our creditors’ rights practice. You will prepare customer communications, perform QA on collection letters, and maintain clear communications with firm personnel.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or similar field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiences.
• Excellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook).
• Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.
• Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detail.
