nPlan is seeking a Client Project Manager for the US to own and grow strategic client relationships, embedding data-driven forecasting and driving change across client organisations. The role focuses on change management at scale, aligning stakeholders and ensuring nPlan becomes integral to decision-making rather than a standalone tool.

The position leverages an established NA client base, including Chevron and Sound Transit, with remote-first operations and light travel within North America.

Qualifications

• Several years leading change management or process transformation on major capital projects, including embedding new technology or new ways of working in large multi-stakeholder organisations.
• Solid understanding of planning and risk management to engage project teams and challenge existing processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from planning teams to executives.
• Proven track record of leading, not just supporting, change initiatives where technology was central.
• Customer-first mindset with commercial acumen and ability to expand long-term partnerships.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Change leadership: Own the change roadmap for clients adopting data-driven forecasting from onboarding to embedding in day-to-day decision-making.
• Client account ownership: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring clarity, momentum, and satisfaction.
• Value delivery: Align nPlan outcomes with customer goals and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
• Commercial support: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage with internal teams.
• Stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships across client organisations at all levels.
