Job summary

nPlan is seeking a Client Project Manager for the US to own and grow strategic client relationships with a focus on change management and data-driven forecasting. You will embed new ways of working, align stakeholders, and ensure nPlan becomes central to decision-making across client organisations.

You will engage with North American clients like Chevron and Sound Transit, managing engagement, success, retention, and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management or process transformation on large capital projects or equivalent consulting/industry roles.
• Strong grasp of planning and risk concepts to engage project teams effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of engaging leaders from planning teams to executives.
• Proven track record of leading change initiatives where technology drove the shift.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to grow long-term partnerships and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Change leadership: own the change roadmap for client planning and delivery adoption of data-driven forecasting.
• Client account ownership: act as primary contact for designated clients and ensure momentum and satisfaction.
• Value delivery: align customer goals with nPlan outcomes and coordinate to resolve issues.
• Commercial support: identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand usage of nPlan.
• Stakeholder relationships: build and maintain trust across client organisations at all levels.
