Job summary

Wasatch Heat Cable in Utah is seeking a dynamic Coordinator to bridge our sales, field crews, and clients. You will drive follow-ups, schedule visits, and ensure every client feels taken care of from first contact through project completion.

You’ll own the follow-up lifecycle, coordinate site visits and maintenance calls, and handle inquiries with a warm, professional phone presence. This role rewards initiative, organization, and local knowledge of the Wasatch Front.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence with empathy and persuasion.
• Dedicated to following up on bids and schedules.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive work ethic with self-motivation.
• Knowledge of Wasatch Front geography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales bids and recent jobs to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits, installations, and maintenance calls.
• Handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and set appointments.
• Maintain CRM/database and organize paperwork.
• Support general administrative tasks to keep the business flowing.
