Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
• Comfortable with technology; use of industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Design comfort systems for customers.
• Perform complete comfort survey and home analysis.
• Complete load calculations on calls.
• Inspect all duct work.
• Conduct comfort and air quality surveys.
• Handle paperwork for financing and payments.
• Calculate necessary HVAC work and invoicing.
• Document existing work with photos.
• List all equipment and materials for installations.
• Explain guarantees and warranties to customers.
